Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Spitfire Armory purchase. Returns/Exchanges are accepted ONLY on authorized new, unmarred, unopened items within 30 days of shipment (indicated by the invoice and USPS tracking number). Refunds are either store credit or refund to your method of payment.

To request a refund/exchange:

  1. Contact Spitfire Armory by email to authorize a return: info@spitfirearmory.com
  2. Shipping cost is NOT refundable and you are responsible for the shipping and tracking cost of returning the item.
  3. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return item(s) to receive an exchange, store credit, or refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
