  • Designed for use on traditional Remington Model 870, it also works on similarly shaped untapped receivers such as the Winchester 1300
  • Comes with mounting hardware and instructions for easy drill and tap operations

FAQ

Can the Ghost Ring EX Rear Sight be used alone?

Yes! It is great alone if you only want to mount a scope or you have a stock front rifle sight you just don't want to let go.

Does the rear sight work with the Remington 870 tactical receivers with pre-drilled holes (tapped)?

Yes, the EX Rear Sight is now compatible with the predrilled 870 tactical.

Does the rear sight work with Mossberg shotguns?

The MX Rear Sight is the product you want!

Can the Ghost Ring EX Rear Sight be used with standard Remington rifle sights?

Yes! The stock rear sight needs to be removed (but leave the base on the barrel which is soldered on). The rear sight is designed to  line up perfectly with the front rifle sight.

I know how to drill and tap the receiver myself. Do you have the right one for this sight?

Yes! Order the drill and tap set

Where will the holes be on my receiver? Will the sight line up with my shotgun's profile?

Print out this CUT-OUT document (don't scale it to fit page) and lay it on your receiver to see where the holes end up and how it curves to see if it fits your receiver

Bottom of sight does not

Bottom of sight does not have flange to fit into the groove on the top of the receiver. It relies completely on the included screws to hold it in place. In addition no paper work is included with the sight stating the thread count and pitch of the screws.Im a bit disappointed.
